LATITUDE Services provides enterprise-grade co-location services that are second to none. Our facilities include everything that is needed to maintain our 99.99% service availability level agreement, from redundant power and cooling. WE has you covered. We’re so confident you’ll love our service; we have no contract term on any of our co-location plans.
Our engineers will install your machines in our co-location facility, and liaise with you by phone, emails to get the machine up and running, or alternatively you can book a time to install the machine yourself, assisted by one of our professional engineers.
Our engineer will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year should you encounter any issues with your machine. In the event of a hardware failure, our technicians can be with the machine, and (if required) access to the data center can be provided within 2 hour, day or night. We keeps a number of spare parts on hand, including Main Chassis ,hard disks, memory, power supply, networking devices.
